Another beautiful weekend ahead! Yesterday was SUC Another beautiful weekend ahead! Yesterday was SUCH a good day for our family. Throughout the day, I stopped myself to cherish how good it felt. It’s one of those things I’ve learned in our life with the unknown of my daughter’s epilepsy. Friday morning sunshine and coffee...just what thi Friday morning sunshine and coffee...just what this momma needed.⠀ ⠀ Today we have reservations to go to our local zoo and I am soooo ready! We’ll be wearing face masks, trying to get the whole family outside for a bit and see how this current normal feels together. Hoping our Coral girl can handle it today because it’s definitely bright but the temperature is 👌⠀ ⠀ Have you ventured out yet? Outdoor seating is opening here too today but we’re personally not ready for it. Those who are, I hope you enjoy it! Don’t forget to be extra gracious to all the employees who have been out of work for a while and dealing with wearing their new personal, protective equipment too. School’s out for summer! Not sure what that real School’s out for summer! Not sure what that really means yet, but I do know we’ll get back to some of the early quarantine “fun” - I mean @mo.willems.studio made more than just my daughter smile 😊 Summer has always been different for our family with our daughter’s heat and sun seizure triggers, but if I can give you one piece advice for a summer that may not be what you planned for...it’s to put little expectation on grand plans and to find joy in the small and unexpected, unplanned days...and know the hard days will pass and make you cherish the good ones even more ♥️
